We are looking for a talented, multi-skilled handy-man or handy-woman, committed to quality work and customer service. Someone who possesses a strong will to be helpful and complete tasks in a timely, professional manner. Hiring flexible Part-Time (choose your days) or Full-Time. W-2 status with the flexibility of an independent job

Handyman Benefits:

Our TEAM:
We are a local family business, regionally partnered with ACE. We have been operating since 2021 and are one of Southern Maine's top-rated handyman, home repair, and remodeling companies. We have provided residential homeowners and local businesses with quality craftsmanship for all of their handyman needs. We are currently seeking highly motivated professionals with skills in multiple trades.

Qualifications:

* Ability to pass a criminal background check & valid drivers license with a good record
* Have your own work vehicle suitable for the day-to-day demands of the work. Van or Truck.
* Have your own set of general tools; hand tools & power tools.

* Multi-skilled in trades, proficiency across general home repair, maintenance, and preservation work.

A good overall knowledge of all trades:

General home maint. and repairs
Light-duty, basic carpentry
Drywall repair & painting
Plumbing & Electrical (fixtures - no "rough-in" work)

Proper Equipment:
Not necessarily having every tool, but knowing what tools are needed for certain tasks.

Trouble Shooting Skills:
Must be a quick thinker and have the ability to be able to examine a problem situation and come up with a resolution in a prompt and professional manner.

Excellent Communication Skills:
Must be proactive and clear in communicating with Office TEAM, Fellow Employees, Homeowners, Suppliers, Property Managers and Commercial Customers.

Presentable:

Clean-Cut appearance
Decent looking vehicle
Organized tools

Other:

Looks around the property and communicates to the customer, things you could repair or things that our company can handle.
Takes time to earn the customer’s confidence and then inquires about additional work that could be performed.
Sometimes taking the time to fix something small, then points out to the customer to help them understand that we are capable of doing more.
Someone who is punctual, efficient and maintains the highest integrity and strives for top customer satisfaction.
Enjoys being an Integral part of a winning team.

Compensation: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
